Hello

Well hello and welcome to the thefantasycafellc blog/website.

The reason I started this blog is because I have a dream to one day be a owner of a café named the fantasy café.  I had plans to start it up this year but it didn't quite work out.  Though that does not put a damper on my dreams of still owning a café.  So this blog allows me to show you guys even though I don't have a shop yet I can still work towards it by practicing my skills and showing you amazing recipes that might end up in the shop amongst other fun things happening.

Some people might be wondering about the name.  Well I am a huge fan of anime, manga, video games, and fantasy movies.  I always thought it be so cool to incorporate my love of these things with baking and show it to the world.  It also helps recently I have moved to the south and found a lot of friends that are into these things as well.  Having a shop that everyone could join and have good food and talk about our nerdy things would be such a eventful life and a fun one too.  I mean even right now while typing this I'm on my playstation talking to my friends about fallout and listening to Mario trance music (don't knock it till you try it)

I will try to post new recipes up weekly and do fun creative desserts as well or might even talk about the new games coming out and fun things with them.  Can't wait to see what the future brings!
